HI! can you tell me how to get youtube videos (using flash like you do) onto my website? i made some of my own on youtube but I am unsure how to do this

I use wordpress to create this site, to that you can get Plug ins, but I know youtube have now new options so you can get the videos on your site, I hope this helps
